The 2013 results are in and Integreon, was recognized by Chambers and Partners for the third consecutive year as a top ranked LPO provider in their Chambers Global guide. Other top-ranked LPOs were Pangea3, LLCQuisLex, and UnitedLex. Second tier LPOs were American Discovery, Clutch Group, CPA Global Limited, Legalbase, Mindcrest, and SDD Global Solutions PVT LTD. A February 2013 Daily News article reported that India is emerging as one of world's best Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) centers. The article cites the Economic Survey 2012-13 that Finance Minister P. Chidambaram presented in parliament, which showed legal services has grown at 8.2 percent annually from 2005-06 to 2011-12.The report went on to say that legal services in India have steadily grown in the last five years and the country has become one of the best LPO destinations in the world....

There is little debate over the fact that India is one of the most important destinations for Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO). India has assumed a dominant position in the LPO market for several reasons. First, India taps into a vast pool of educated, English-speaking lawyers and paralegals. Secondly, India utilizes a common law system, similar to the one practiced in the US, UK and Australia. Thirdly, the Indian government bolsters the industry by giving LPO providers some financial incentives such as tax breaks and subsidies on commercial property. A 2012 study titled, “Legal Process Outsourcing: LPO Provider Landscape, “examines the path of the Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) market and compares it to the evolution of ITO and BPO. The research project was a joint effort by the Outsourcing Unit at the London School of Economics, and Orbys, with the goal of educating the legal markets about LPO. The researchers assessed LPO provider services, skillsets and qualifications, size of firm, geographic reach, pricing, team composition, staff turnover, and provider competencies for 27 LPO providers.
