Dayanthi's brief biography
Dayanthi Samaranayake serves as Senior Group Manager Operations – Legal Services, Colombo Sri Lanka for WNS Global Services (Pvt) Limited. She heads the Legal Operations in Sri Lanka and is involved in Client Engagement, Liasing with Operations Support Units, People and Perfomance Management and ensuring delivery of Service Levels.
Dayanthi joined WNS in 2007 as Manager for a UK Residential Conveyancing Process and currently heads a High End Voice and Data Complex Process providing services to a UK based Solicitor Firm dealing with Personal Injury Claims. She also overlooks the Corporate Legal Team in Sri Lanka and supports in Business Development for Legal Services. Prior to joining WNS she served in a full services Law Firm since 2003 and has extensive exposure in multiple areas of law including Conveyancing, Civil Litigation, Commercial Law and Company Secretarial work.
Dayanthi is a Lawyer by profession and is an Attorney at Law having qualified from the Sri Lanka Law College in 2003 with Honours. She is a licensed Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths and Company Secretary registered with the Registrar of Companies in Sri Lanka and also holds a Nationa Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Dayanthi represents WNS as a member of the Center of Excellence for Legal Services in the SLASSCOM (Sri Lanka Association of Software and Service Companies) and has represented Sri Lanka as a Scholar at the Inter Pacific Bar Association Conference held in Sydney Australia in May 2006.

Pankaj is the Founder Director of Excellect KPO Consultants LLC, USA (KPOC) and Global Outsourcing Association of Lawyers (GOAL).
Global Outsourcing Association of Lawyers (GOAL) is set up to promote the welfare, interests, education, and professional development of all attorneys involved in today’s legal industry specific to the legal outsourcing. As the Founder Director at GOAL, Pankaj intends to foster an informed dialogue on LPO related important topics through webinars, web conferences, networking sessions, meeting programs, workshops, seminars and worldwide LPO events/conferences.
His expertise encompasses various aspects of the legal outsourcing business—including strategy development, operations management, creating sales and marketing strategies, to name a few—and he has been responsible for facilitating hundreds of strategic alliances between LPO vendors and law firms in the US, UK, and other buyer markets. His intricate knowledge of the LPO industry is such that the Government of Mauritius has invited him multiple times to address its industry leaders on diverse issues such as Building up the LPO Industry in Mauritius; Doing KPO Business in Africa; etc.
Pankaj holds an MBA degree with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from IMI, Belgium. He is also a Fellow Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
